We are seeking responsible and service-minded lifeguards for Flamingo Water Park. The position involves monitoring pool and auxiliary facilities for safety, providing guidance and assistance to guests, preventing hazards and incident situations, ensuring smooth operations with the rest of the team, and delivering an excellent customer experience with a cheerful and service-oriented attitude. The role includes keeping the pool area clean and contributing to a relaxed, humorous work environment. Applicants should have completed lifeguard and first aid courses, strong water rescue and first aid skills, fluent Finnish and the ability to assist guests in English as well; other languages are a plus. Good stress tolerance and willingness to handle new situations are valued, and candidates must be of legal age with the ability to make independent decisions. The Wärm environment is warm, with temperatures around +32 °C. The summer season offers more shifts.
