Salesperson

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position, part of a motivating team. As Sector Alarm’s salesperson you will be truly important—helping to secure people’s homes, bringing peace of mind to their daily lives, and in the best cases saving lives. Household security demand continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s most highly rated service-based alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, proof of satisfied customers. Day in a nutshell: you typically work weekdays 13:00–21:00. You may work full-time or part-time, meaning three full days in a row. The day starts with training at our sales office under a supervisor and setting daily goals. You head to different residential areas with your supervisor, then independently contact residents and arrange visits to their homes. You meet dozens of new people daily; the work is active and mobile, averaging over 10,000 steps per day. In meetings with customers you discuss how our service can secure their everyday life; listening is as important as talking. You handle sales; installation is done by a separate team. In the evening you reconvene with the team to review the day and share learnings. What skills will you develop? Selling builds confidence, negotiation skills and the ability to meet different people—useful in all life areas. You can grow through daily sales practice and coaching. We offer a five-step training program through Sector Way Academy to systematically grow into a top salesperson. We foster team spirit and provide ongoing support. Management will guide you toward ambitious goals and help you build a plan to achieve them. There are clear opportunities for advancement, both in Finland and internationally. Our sales team often advances to sales manager within a year. Even if you move on, you gain valuable experience. What we offer: A pay model where performance directly affects earnings—commission per sale plus monthly bonuses. Top sellers surpass 6,000 € per month; average around 2,200 €. What we require: At least 18 years old, excellent Finnish language skills, clean criminal record.
