Head of Finance

Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to lead and execute our finance function in a fast-moving, production-driven environment. As Head of Finance, you will be fully responsible for managing and actively executing the company’s financial activities. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic influence with day-to-day financial execution. You will shape Skeleton’s financial strategy, support growth, and ensure financial discipline across manufacturing and operational functions. How you can help us on the journey: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring alignment with production and operational needs. Build and manage a high-performing finance team to support company growth. Develop and maintain financial controls, risk management, and compliance systems. Manage audits, EU grant reporting, and relationships with banks, auditors, and third-party service providers. Implement and improve financial processes to maintain efficiency as the company scales. Report financial results and insights to the Supervisory Board and shareholders.
