Floor Staff

We are seeking a floor staff member for a permanent position at Restaurant Breikki. We are looking for a service-oriented floor professional - you can be an experienced worker or a motivated future expert who wants to develop in their work and grow in the role. Restaurant Breikki operates at Keuda's Kerava Keskikatu location. The work is a versatile customer service role where you will work in the restaurant hall, cafe, lunch line, and at events. Customer volumes vary according to the occasion, and a smooth service approach, situational awareness, and teamwork are emphasized in the work. The position is permanent, 38.25 h/week. Work is scheduled for weekdays, weekday evenings, and weekends according to the restaurant's operations. Work begins on August 17 or by agreement. Our daily routine is versatile and fast-paced. Your work includes, among other things: - customer service and sales at the register (including alcohol service) - working in the cafe or lunch line on weekdays - serving and service tasks at events - preparing products according to instructions - dishwashing and taking care of the general cleanliness of the restaurant - other daily restaurant tasks We require from you: - a vocational qualification in catering or equivalent previous training - experience in similar tasks - a liquor license (anniskelupassi) - proficiency in the Finnish language We expect from you: - a customer service orientation and a positive work attitude - good cooperation and interaction skills - initiative and the ability to work independently - good organizational skills and flexibility in varying situations Previous experience in restaurant floor work is considered an advantage, but motivation, attitude, and the desire to learn are most important. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Act 504/2002 before the employment relationship is confirmed.
