Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging: define who we are for, the problems we solve, and the words we use.
  • Lead the go-to-market for product launches, shape the narrative, coordinate across teams.
  • Build competitive intelligence to stay ahead and provide arguments that win.
  • Arm our sales team with enablement: one-pagers, decks, talk tracks.
  • Own messaging on core product and positioning pages, collaborate with website and signup teams.
  • Shape pricing and packaging story.
  • Feed messaging into demand generation and content.
  • Ground everything in customer truth; talk to jewellers and learn from win/loss.
  • Partner with product and growth PM to stay in lockstep.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B or marketplace company, with a track record of positioning and launches that moved the business.
  • You are a builder. You would rather write the messaging, run the launch, and ship the deck than hand it off.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling. You can take something complex and make it simple, sharp, and persuasive.
  • A strategic head for positioning: you can define a market, a segment, and a wedge, and defend your choices.
  • Comfort with data and customer research. You start from evidence, not opinion.
  • You work well across functions, especially with sales and product, and you build trust quickly.
  • Comfort as a senior IC on a small team, building process where none exists, with the ambition to grow a function over time.
  • You are AI forward, always testing new tools, and learnings new applications of AI to improve your efficiency and effectiveness.
