Facilities Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for 2 Facilities Manager Supervisors to join a local authority client of ours based in the Southeast of England. One of the roles is focused on Building Fabrics, with the other focused on M&E. Location: South East Rate: DOE Contract: 4 months Working pattern: 2-3 days on site About the role: Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and delivery of Mechanical and Electrical Hard FM services across the Council’s corporate property portfolio Support the maintenance of accurate statutory and compliance records, ensuring that inspection findings, certification, permits, and completion documentation are correctly recorded and submitted Identify non-conformities, defects, or service delivery issues relating to building fabric maintenance and Mechanical and Electrical systems, taking immediate action to address or escalate issues as appropriate. Contribute to effective cost control and value for money by monitoring contractor activity, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with agreed scopes and schedules, and identifying inefficiencies or potential cost pressures.
