Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a site supervisor for a renovation project in Rovaniemi, Finland. The successful candidate will have a university-level degree suitable for the field and at least four years of experience in supervisory roles. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, good organizational ability, and an autonomous, proactive work attitude are required. The duties include traditional site supervision tasks such as inspecting work, scheduling, and resource allocation. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client as a permanent employee. Start date to be agreed. Salary negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities include: overseeing work and ensuring timetables and resources are met. Requirements: a degree suitable for the field; at least four years of experience in supervisory roles; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and responsibly; proficient IT skills.
