Waiter

S-Group is seeking several waiters for fixed-term positions during the 2026–2027 winter season at Rosso restaurant and Coffee House cafe in Rovaniemi. The roles offer 40–75 hours every three weeks, with contracts typically running from November to March, adjustable based on the applicant. Responsibilities include providing high-quality, immediate service to customers with a friendly and positive attitude. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and possesses a sales-oriented mindset. While previous experience in waiting or cafe work is valued, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training on working methods and house rules is provided. Requirements include being of legal age, having at least fluent proficiency in Finnish and English, and the ability to work shifts. Since the locations are on a busy tourist street, additional language skills and cultural awareness are advantageous.
