Shift Manager

The vacancy is for a Shift Manager at Hesburger within the Prisma Syke - Ravintolamaailma Prisma Syke, Osuuskauppa Hämeenmaa. The role is a permanent position with 90–112.5 hours every 3 weeks; working hours can be adjusted to fit your life. As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for the operations during your shift, organizing tasks, directing the team, and ensuring that our customers receive friendly and high-quality service. You will primarily work at Hesburger but will be accountable for the entire restaurant world during your own shift. We value a customer-service driven attitude and the ability to motivate others to succeed. Leadership with a positive example is expected, and you will keep the bigger picture under control even in busy times. Prior supervisory or other responsibility experience is advantageous. Experience of working in Hesburger and good understanding of the Hesburger concept and operating methods are required. Shifts cover the restaurant’s full opening hours, so flexibility is appreciated.待遇 also notes that the salary is paid according to MaRan collective agreement; the full-time salary is 2280–2476 €/month depending on prior experience.
