We are seeking a Product Manager to shape and grow the UK Cards product at Lendable. This role requires ownership and a builder mindset, working closely with engineering, operations, data, finance and commercial teams to identify problems, validate opportunities and drive execution across the UK Cards business. Responsibilities include driving product and growth initiatives, running experiments across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention, improving customer journeys and servicing experiences, prioritising opportunities using data, defining MVPs, and collaborating with engineering to deliver high-impact improvements. You will also build operational leverage and AI-enabled workflows, improve internal tooling, drive AI tool adoption, and automate manual processes. The role entails cross-functional problem solving across product, operations, finance, capital markets and customer servicing, with a focus on reducing bottlenecks and delivering faster, better decisions. The position offers significant ownership in a fast-moving fintech environment.
