Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking a development-minded early childhood education teacher for Illenpihan unit in Vantaa. The role involves implementing a sensitive and safe daily routine where the child is at the center of activity. You will join a high-spirited, highly committed team and contribute to reading the needs of children and the team, adopting various operating models. The unit currently operates with two teachers and one child care worker. We are looking for a teacher to fill in as a substitute, with potential to become permanent later. We value encouraging and recognizing each child as unique, and we base our practices on ProVaka, a model for supporting social skills. Proficiency in Finnish language is required. The unit is located in Illenpihan unit, near Illenpuisto, with good transport links. Applications will be reviewed during the posting period.
