About the role
What you will be doing: We are currently seeking a Paralegal experienced in Securities and Corporate Governance matters. This role will support our securities & corporate governance functions, working with Brands and Group Functions team members in New York, Chicago, Helsinki and other global locations. You will report to our Securities and Corporate Governance Counsel. Specific responsibilities include: Assist in managing the administrative aspects of the company’s insider trading policy, including (but not limited to) maintaining and updating window lists, electronically distributing trading notices and supporting the trade preclearance process...

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing insider trading policy
- Track and file Section 16 reports
- Prepare Director & Officer Questionnaires
- Coordinate virtual annual general meeting
- Compile litigation updates
- Gather due diligence information
- Maintain Board portal
- Draft reports for Audit Committee
- Support contract management
- Coordinate team meetings
- Support Legal Department initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate in-house
