Investment Advisor

We are seeking an active investment advisor to grow the wealth management business at West Uusimaa Savings Bank. Your role will be an important part of the wealth management team, ensuring smooth client service and supporting the team’s sales. The work emphasizes identifying client needs, conducting background checks and investigations, and smoothly handling the wealth management team’s assignments. The role also includes investment advice and offering deposit and investment solutions suitable for the client. You will help realise the bank’s mission by assisting private and corporate clients to grow wealth responsibly. You will be supported by a motivated, positive and results-driven wealth management team where goals are achieved together. The daily work is fast-paced and varied: you will have influence, take responsibility and see the results of your work in customer satisfaction, sales and client development. What does a day look like? You handle client contact requests and clarify questions related to saving and investing. You serve private customers, corporate customers, underage clients and estates. You are responsible for your own sales targets and results. You map client needs, build suitable investment solutions for them and ensure that current client solutions match their investor profile. You meet clients at the office, in online meetings and over the phone. You handle wealth management team assignments and back-office tasks that support sales. You actively develop client relationships and identify new sales opportunities. You work closely with the bank’s investment, financing and other sales professionals. The person we are looking for enjoys a varied job where client meetings and back-office tasks alternate. You meet private and corporate clients naturally face-to-face, online and by phone. You proactively pick up the phone and build trust with expert handling. You thrive in an active work routine and can maintain a calm, customer-oriented approach even in busy times. You have expertise in savings and investing or the readiness to acquire the necessary knowledge in the role. You manage multiple tasks simultaneously and can prioritise in a busy day. You identify client needs and sales opportunities and bring agreed actions to completion. You work carefully, proactively and purposefully. You build trust with smooth and knowledgeable communication. You have a genuine interest in the financial sector, saving and investing, and a desire to develop in the role long-term. Prior experience in banking or investing is an asset, but the most important is your motivation to learn. APV1 qualification is a requirement for the role. If you do not have the qualification, you can complete it during the probation period. Knowledge of Swedish and English is an asset.
