Red Teaming Lead

We are seeking a Red Teaming Lead to join the Cyber Defense & Response team. The role involves planning, execution and leadership of offensive cybersecurity engagements including Red Team, Purple Team, and TLPT exercises, ethical hacking, and, if needed, physical security and social engineering scenarios. You will design realistic attack scenarios based on client critical business services, threat environment, and identified threat actor TTPs, and collaborate with colleagues across Finland and other KPMG countries to deliver engagements, develop capabilities, and implement standardized workflows. You will ensure safe execution of tests, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and provide leadership-level reporting, transforming findings into concrete improvement actions to strengthen client defense, detection, response and resilience. In this role you will work with large, societally critical organizations, financial sector players, service providers and growth companies in Finland and internationally. Engagements combine deep technical expertise, threat-led testing, understanding of business-critical operations, and compliance/regulatory frameworks. Experience with Dora, TLPT, and TIBER-EU related exercises is noted as advantageous. You will lead, guide, and coach Finnish Red Team experts and collaborate with Red Team Leads from other countries and the international expert network. You will help shape joint methodologies, tools, quality practices and service offerings; the role may include people leadership depending on interest.
