ANDRITZ Fabrics and Rolls Oy is a Kerava-based manufacturer of calendaring rollers for the paper, printing and metal industries, part of the international ANDRITZ group. The company employs about 45 people in Finland. ANDRITZ Fabrics and Rolls Oy is seeking a machinist for turning calender rollers. The position is permanent and full-time. The machinist’s duties include turning calenders, measuring shells and frames, rough machining after coatings, grinding to required specs, and making various grooves. The job also involves machine maintenance, tool inventory management, SAP postings, and keeping the machines and surrounding areas tidy. The workplace is in Kerava, within walking distance of Savio railway station. Work is conducted in two shifts. We expect from you: a machinist qualification or other suitable training; independent and open work approach; good cooperation and organizational skills; precision and systematicity; willingness to learn and develop; fluent Finnish.
