Construction Cleaner Lead

Tule meille töihin rakennussiivouksen nokkahenkilöksi! We are seeking a construction cleaning lead for a site in Lahti. You will oversee day-to-day construction cleaning activities, support workers, and serve as the liaison between the site and cleaning team. Responsibilities include directing workers and handling a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, debris removal, dusting, and light lifting/moving. The supervisor aspect covers ensuring smooth progress, task distribution, quality, and proper execution of assigned tasks. The site is a construction site with a P1 level, and prior P1 construction cleaning experience is advantageous. Previous work on a construction site as a lead cleaner and willingness to take responsibility for daily site work are required. Training and safety instructions are in Finnish, so good Finnish language skills are required. Qualifications include prior construction cleaning experience, supervisory experience preferred, valid safety card, P1 cleaning knowledge preferred, proactive and responsible work attitude, good collaboration and organizational skills, and readiness to participate in hands-on cleaning work.
