Construction cleaning lead position. The role involves coordinating and assisting the cleaning crew on a construction site in Lahti, ensuring daily cleaning tasks run smoothly, and acting as a link between the site and the cleaning team. Tasks include directing workers, carrying out general construction cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, light lifting and moving, and ensuring work is organized and executed to plan. Experience with P1 level construction cleaning is considered an asset, as is previous lead or supervisor experience, and a valid occupational safety card. Finnish language proficiency is required for on-site instructions. The job starts as soon as possible.
