Telecommunications Installer

Eltelin Communication business unit is seeking a telecommunications installer for Vaajakoski site to join a new team. The position is permanent and start will be as soon as a suitable candidate is found, during autumn 2026. Your tasks will include building and maintaining fixed telecom networks, fibre- and copper-network related work (e.g., welds, connections and commissioning active equipment), and installations related to Cable TV (fault repair, end-device installations and adjustments). The role requires relevant electrical or telecommunications training, and you hold a valid B-class driver's license and required certifications such as safety training and EA1; we will train any missing qualifications. We expect prior experience from operator network construction projects. We also value being proactive, independent yet able to work in a installation team, and willingness to work outdoors. The job involves some travel within the country and occasional travel, and a security clearance is a prerequisite for employment. Finnish is the working language and a sufficient command is expected for the work environment.
