Internship Positions in Various Specialties

The Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area Soite is accepting applications by September 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Internship positions in various specialties (Summer 2027). At Soite, it is possible to undertake training related to the licentiate degree in medicine. Interns can be students who have completed at least the third academic year. Interns are selected based on applications and will work as paid employees of the welfare area. Salary is determined according to the current municipal general collective agreement and the job complexity assessment of the welfare area. Applications are submitted via an electronic form, which must include a CV. Copies of diplomas and employment certificates are not required at the application stage but must be presented upon request. Please specify in your application which specialty you are interested in and in what order. Intern positions will be filled as suitable candidates become available. Teaching is offered on an ongoing basis mainly in the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Neurology, Otolaryngology, Oncology and Hematology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Psychiatry, General Practice, Dermatology.
