Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor at Kemira Kuusankoski plant who is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising daily maintenance work to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of the production facility. The role involves contributing to the availability, reliability and performance improvements of equipment, investigating disturbances, root-cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions, reporting and monitoring incidents, and serving as the panel operator for process equipment. You will also participate in development and investment projects for maintenance and preventive maintenance activities, work as part of a broader maintenance expert network, and collaborate with colleagues at other sites. The position is supported by the company’s electrical, automation and maintenance specialists. Requirements include technical education (AMK engineer or technician), SAP PM experience, experience in industrial maintenance and condition monitoring, planning of maintenance and preventive maintenance development, ability to identify root causes of disturbances, experience coordinating projects, outages and external service providers, knowledge of electrical and automation technologies and possession of S2 certification or ability to obtain it, willingness to broaden responsibility into mechanical maintenance, systematic work style, problem solving, and good collaboration and communication skills in Finnish and English.
