We are seeking a motivated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join Ylästön päiväkoti in Vantaa for a permanent role starting during the upcoming academic year. The successful candidate will work in the pre‑school group and collaborate with a team that includes another Early Childhood Education Teacher, a childminder, and an assistant. The daycare is part of the Ylästön unit, located in a family-friendly area with nearby parks, forests and riverine nature. The unit emphasises inclusive leadership and professional autonomy, aiming to create a communal, inspiring, supportive and engaging work atmosphere. Primary responsibilities include contributing to social and emotional learning, inclusive practices, and close cooperation with families. The role requires interaction with children, families and colleagues, and adherence to statutory regulations governing early childhood education.
