This position supports the sales team by ensuring that salespeople have up-to-date information, materials, and well-organised background work to focus on client work and pursuing commercial opportunities. The role involves preparing background materials for proposals, compiling product information from various sources, maintaining and updating customer-specific product data and catalogs, and handling product inquiries and complaints. You may also participate in customer meetings as a sales aid and, if desired, attend trade shows. The role is new and will evolve as the company grows; we seek someone who enjoys a changing environment, takes on new responsibilities, and helps build future processes while continually improving their own skills. It is a full-time, permanent position with potential for hybrid work, though regular office presence is preferred due to close team collaboration. The new Biisoni office is located in Leppävesi, Taipaleenkatu, Leppävesi.
