Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a Special Education Teacher for early childhood at Kaskisten Päiväkoti Ankkuri. The position is full-time and permanent starting 1 July 2025. The appointee must meet the eligibility requirements under the Varhaiskasvatuslaki (540/2018) section 30. The daycare is located in a building completed in 2020 in a maritime environment, with forest and historical archipelago nearby. The bilingual daycare has three departments and two kindergarten prep groups. The City of Kaskinen wants to invest in staff wellbeing and we offer an e-pass and gym benefit. Salary according to OVTES: (45000042). A six-month probationary period applies. Before taking up the position, the successful candidate must provide a criminal background check as required by the act and must present a medical certificate. Since the position is in the bilingual Päiväkoti Ankkuri, the applicant must have one domestic language as mother tongue (Finnish or Swedish) or equivalent, and the second domestic language must have satisfactory spoken and written proficiency.
