Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a sales-oriented and passionate hospitality professional who can stay on top of operations even under pressure. Prior training or experience in similar supervisory roles is helpful. The main task is to ensure the staff can meet customers’ expectations, lead by example, and maintain an energetic flow. A hygiene and serving permit is required. Finnish and English language skills (spoken and written) are needed. The job is part-time (90 hours per 3 weeks) with a permanent contract. Shifts include lunch, evening, and night, scheduled according to restaurant opening hours. The employment is governed by the Travel, Hospitality and Leisure Services collective agreement, depending on experience.
