Responsibilities
- Oversee budget preparation and financial oversight for data center infrastructure projects
- Support with contract negotiations and ensure compliance across all development phases
- Lead claims management, variations, and the processing of payment applications
- Collaborate closely with procurement, project management, and construction teams
- Proactively identify financial risks and implement robust mitigation strategies
- Monitor project costs and supplier agreements to drive cost optimization
- Provide commercial leadership and financial discipline to maximize project profitability
- Drive commercial discussions and ensure all agreements align with atNorth’s strategic goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, preferably in construction or infrastructure
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong expertise in budget preparation, cost control, and procurement processes with projects
- Proven track record in managing complex contracts, claims, and variations
- Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
