Bartender/Waiter - Tonkotsu Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and reliable bartender to join our team in a permanent or negotiable employment position. We expect applicants to have at least one (1) year of previous experience working as a bartender. Experience as a waiter/waitress is also highly valued, as the role includes both bartending and table service responsibilities. Your daily tasks will include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, operating the cash register, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, and working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth daily operations. We are looking for someone who: - Has at least one year of experience as a bartender. - Has previous experience in table service as a waiter/waitress. - Is friendly, positive, and customer-focused. - Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Is hardworking, responsible, punctual, and reliable. - Is eager to learn, develop professionally, and take on new challenges. - Can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service. - Contributes to a positive, supportive, and respectful work environment. - Is proactive, flexible, and pays attention to detail. - Holds a valid Hygiene Passport and Alcohol Serving Licence (or is willing to obtain them if required).
