We are currently seeking an experienced shearer (särmääjä) for our client in Forssa for a long-term, full-time employment. The client is an internationally operating contract manufacturer employing over 900 people in Finland and Estonia, offering diverse manufacturing services including mechanical and electronic production and own products for industrial needs. Your daily work will consist of bending and shearing different steel plates on Amada brake presses, following drawings, and ensuring the produced parts meet the specified dimensions and quality requirements. The work is varied with different parts, allowing you to utilize your skills across different sheet metal tasks. The parts are mostly heavy plates, so good physical condition is required. Your work week is 40 hours, Monday–Friday in day shifts. There is also potential for a two-shift arrangement in the future. The position follows the Technological Industries collective agreement (TES), and the salary is negotiable based on your skills and experience.
