Head of CRM Execution

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company in the sports betting and iGaming industry. They are dedicated to delivering best-in-class player experiences through highly personalized and data-led CRM strategies. As they continue to scale globally, our client is looking for an experienced Head of CRM to join their team in Cyprus. This is a senior leadership role, taking over from the current leader who is moving into a new internal position. You will be responsible for leading a large team of CRM Executives and Team Leads, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the flawless execution of CRM campaigns across multiple markets.
