What you will be doing: You’ll be part of a Danish team, helping Danish customers with various needs, such as opening accounts, loan guidance, and setting up microloans with the customer. The job involves Customer Service as well as contact with potential or brand-new customers. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for assisting existing customers by advising and informing them about new loan opportunities or potential consolidation loans based on their preferences. We’re looking for someone who: Has previous sales experience Is service-oriented, professional, and thorough, but also responsible, goal-oriented, and enjoys solving problems Is good with numbers and enjoys working with budgets (or is simply willing to learn) Is proficient in English and Danish (both written and spoken) Is at least 18 years old It’s a big plus if you also have experience in customer service and have completed a high school education or higher.
