Sales Assistant

We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating team. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you play a truly important role in safeguarding people’s homes, giving peace of mind to their daily lives, and in the best cases saving lives. The demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses the best-rated service-based alarm system in Finland. Our customers’ Trustpilot rating is an amazing 4.8/5, which proves satisfied customers. Your work day in brief: - Working hours: typically weekdays 13:00–21:00. You can work full-time or part-time, meaning three consecutive full workdays. - Start of the day: with your team at our sales office, where you train in sales processes under a supervisor and set daily goals. - Reaching customers: from the office you head to various residential areas, usually accompanied by your supervisor. On-site you contact residents independently and arrange appointments at their homes, often at a separate time. You meet dozens of new people daily; this is active and mobile work with about 10,000 steps per day. - Meetings at customers’ homes: you sit with customers and go through how our service can secure their daily life. Listening is as important as speaking. You handle sales; installation is performed by a separate install team. You can focus on understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions. - End of day: you regroup with the team to review the day and share learnings. What do we require from you? - At least 18 years old, excellent Finnish language skills, clean criminal record.
