LVIA Design Project Manager

The LVIA design department at RE Group in Helsinki seeks a LVIA Design Project Manager to lead and coordinate design projects, ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are met. The role involves leading the design team, coordinating tasks, providing consultancy and design input across project stages, and monitoring project objectives. Projects may include LVI, automation, consumer goods facilities, and energy design for a variety of built environments (new builds and renovations) including industrial facilities, laboratories, offices, retail, health centers, schools and daycares, and residential buildings. Key requirements include a degree in HVAC engineering or diploma engineer, several years of LVIA design experience, open mindset and willingness to learn. Desirable qualifications include FISE certifications (e.g., KVV and IV designations), energy certificate authorisation. Proficiency in MagiCAD for AutoCAD and Revit, and IDA-ICE. Salary: 4000 – 5000 € per month depending on skills and experience.
