Optical Sales Assistant

We are seeking a cheerful and proactive salesperson who thrives in a busy store, enjoys working as part of a large team, and is passionate about customer service and sales. Previous industry experience is preferred but not required. The position is permanent and full-time, starting on 1 October 2026 or as agreed with the successful candidate. You will assist customers with frame, lens and contact lens selections based on optician recommendations; perform preliminary eye measurements and assess the customer’s situation for eye testing and product recommendations; help resolve vision-related issues together with opticians; and leave customers smiling and eager to return.
