Responsibilities
- Teach and guide immigrant-background students in qualification programs
- Focus on labor market training preparation
- Personalise studies and act as the lead teacher
- Support development of student competencies and assess strengths
- Engage in multidisciplinary networking and collaborate with team and stakeholders
- Plan and develop teaching and training in cooperation with the team and networks
Requirements
- Qualified according to the Act on the Qualification of Teaching Personnel (A986/1998, 17a §, amended 1150/2017)
- A relevant university degree
- 60 ECTS or 35 credits of pedagogical studies
- TUVA training knowledge
- B-class driving licence
- Finnish language proficiency at least S2 (advantage)
- digital literacy and Moodle experience
- willingness to participate in selection process and provide doctor's certificate and criminal record upon appointment
