Responsibilities
- Drive software business development by identifying, qualifying, and progressing new opportunities within the welding market
- Own and grow a healthy sales pipeline together with local sales teams and channel partners
- Develop commercial account plans for strategic customers and support negotiations to close software opportunities
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize software adoption and recurring revenue
- Represent ABB Robotics at industry events, customer workshops, and trade shows to increase market awareness and generate leads
- Support go-to-market activities, including product launches, value proposition development, and sales enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in software sales or related fields
- Experience in welding sector
- Strong English communication
- Willingness to travel
