Field Network Technician
The Field Network Technician at Nebius supports IT operations at remote locations and deploys data center infrastructure across new and expanding regions. This is a hands-on role focused on network infrastructure, project execution, troubleshooting, and operational support within large-scale AI and GPU cloud environments. Frequent travel is required to support deployments, on-site installations, and infrastructure expansion across multiple sites. Based in New Jersey, responsibilities include preparing and deploying new infrastructure for launches, troubleshooting hardware and L1 network issues in U.S. data centers, coordinating remote IT operations with smart hands in co-located facilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams for project execution, and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within U.S. data centers
- Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities
- Travel for on-site installations and technical support
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and problem-solving
- Strong understanding of data center, server and network equipment
- Proficiency in IT hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Proactive, responsible mindset
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips
- Entry-level certifications (e.g., CCNA)
- Valid Driving License
