Opintopolku Specialist

Opintopolku specialist position focusing on implementing and coordinating the data transfer between the student information system and the Opintopolku national service. The role includes mapping education offerings, maintaining data for education programmes, deployments and institutions, ensuring data quality, coordinating testing and supporting implementation. You will work especially with inputting, updating and quality assurance of education offerings in Opintopolku, maintaining data for educations, implementations and school information, coordinating deployment and testing, and collaborating with education sectors, communications, IT and the system supplier. The job involves advising on Opintopolku usage and development. The position ensures that the information moves to Opintopolku correctly and in accordance with nationwide requirements. We value a curious and development-oriented working approach, ability to grasp new customer entities, and willingness to explore processes and data flows with different actors. Required qualifications include a suitable professional basic, vocational or special vocational qualification or a higher education degree, knowledge of vocational education, ICT skills, readiness to use electronic administration and information systems, service mindset and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and good Finnish and satisfactory English skills. Experience in the education sector, project work and Opintopolku system are appreciated. The unit is Opintohallinto ja tietopalvelut; supervisor is Opintohallintopäällikkö. Primary work location: Tiedepuisto 3, Pori. We follow the YTES collective agreement; pay grade YTES0TOA with a base of €2,335.27. Final salary depends on skills and experience. 1 month probation.
