As Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include tendering for defined categories, monitoring supplier landscape and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with business units, maintain guidelines and develop procurement processes. You will also lead and coordinate defined procurement projects, manage timelines, draft request documents and execute procurement agreements. You will be the point of contact between Finavia units and suppliers in projects. You succeed in the role when you are methodical, solution-oriented, proactive and timely. You are service-oriented with strong collaboration and organizational skills, even in urgent and demanding situations. You have an appropriate university degree and diverse, role-supporting work experience. You need excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills in Finnish and English. You are a customer-focused team player who takes responsibility, develops boldly and values both your own and others’ work. You communicate openly, collaborate across borders and promote a positiveFinavia-style working culture through your actions. A basic security clearance and a drug test will be carried out for the selected candidate.
