Mechanical and Equipment Designer

We are recruiting a Mechanical and Equipment Designer for our client company for a permanent position through direct recruitment. The equipment is manufactured as sheet-metal structures. Stainless steel and stainless sheet metal are used as materials. The role is varied. The company specialises in manufacturing and developing process equipment and components from stainless sheet metal for various industrial sectors. You will work with other designers, sales, procurement and subcontracting partners. The role also includes guiding and instructing the production team working in the production facilities. Manufacturing takes place in the production facilities in Vantaa and in cooperation with subcontractors. Vertex and SolidWorks design software are used. Working hours are flexible between 7:00 and 16:00 on weekdays. Work will begin once a suitable person has been found. You are most likely to succeed as a Mechanical and Equipment Designer if you have: - Education suitable for the role - Broad, extensive experience in design work, at least more than five years - Experience designing sheet-metal structures - The ability to produce technical documentation and good visualisation skills - Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel at work This Mechanical and Equipment Designer position offers: - Permanent employment - Pay based on experience - Good fringe benefits - An excellent and welcoming work community - Varied and diverse work Could this be your next job?
