Nurse

The rehabilitation ward for a community hospital in Lempäälä provides restorative care for patients of all ages who mainly require post-fracture rehabilitation. Patients come to our ward for rehabilitation from specialized care and Coxa. The goal for each patient is to return home. Our nursing staff has strong experience in geriatric fracture rehabilitation, working in a multidisciplinary team. The nurse is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the patient, their relatives, and the ward’s multidisciplinary team. We work closely with specialised care, home care, and residential services to ensure smooth care and discharge. We offer a diverse and engaging nursing role that develops professional skills. We support personal development and provide access to further trainings. You will have influence over your shifts and receive thorough orientation. We expect you to hold a licensed nursing degree in Finland, knowledge of LOVe pharmacotherapy, and a current vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act and TB clearance as described. Prior hospital ward experience and diverse nursing skills are valued. We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and reliable nursing professional to join our skilled team. A positive attitude toward elderly care and a good mood in the workplace are appreciated. You can start on 5 October 2026 or by agreement. The position is full-time, about 38.25 hours/week, with morning, evening, and night shifts. A probation period of six months applies.
