Du får on first working days to start with a 3–4 week training program that gets you thoroughly briefed on your duties as a customer service agent. You will primarily answer customer questions via email, social media, and phone. You will communicate with customers in Danish, but your colleagues at the office will be from many different countries, so office communication will be in English. On arrival you will be picked up at the airport and driven to a hotel where you can stay for 2 weeks before you find permanent housing. You will receive help with taxes, health insurance, and banking. A monthly gross salary of €1,300 with a €100–€300 monthly performance bonus and 14 monthly salaries per year.
