Roving Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

In this role, you will provide important cover for urgent situations in our Central Finland units and help ensure a high-quality and safe everyday life for our clients. A separate flexibility supplement: We pay a task-specific supplement of €200 per month for roving work, in addition to the base salary. Pay: The private social services collective agreement (other regions of Finland) applies. Experience is taken into account in pay. The role also pays a task-specific supplement of €200 per month. Practical nurse, G22, other regions of Finland: €2,526.70–€2,860.61 per month, depending on years of experience. Registered nurse, G24D, other regions of Finland: €2,811.09–€3,071.09 per month, depending on years of experience. What we expect from you: We are looking for professionals with solid home-care expertise and a fearless, confident approach to taking on changing situations. We hope you have: A qualification in social services and health care: You are a qualified practical nurse or registered nurse. Solid home-care experience and an independent approach to work. Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and work environments. Valid medication permits (LOVE), or readiness to complete them at the beginning of employment. A category B driving licence and the ability to travel between units in Central Finland. Good Finnish skills and a client-oriented attitude. We require registration in Valvira’s JulkiTerhikki register and vaccination protection under section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act. A tuberculosis assessment under section 55 of the Act is required of everyone who meets THL’s risk criteria. We check a criminal record extract for work with persons with disabilities and children.
