About the role

Experienced husky guide – join us for Lapland’s winter season! Do you have hands-on experience driving a husky team and guiding customers? Do you enjoy fast-paced days, working with dogs, and the Arctic winter? We are seeking an experienced husky guide to reinforce our team for the upcoming winter season. Role responsibilities include leading customers on husky safaris and driving the team, supervising husky safaris with snowmobile, instructing customers in team driving and safety, daily care and feeding of huskies, maintaining equipment and work environment, and delivering customer service in an international setting. What we require: proven practical experience as a husky guide, ability to work independently and responsibly in busy periods and in varying winter conditions, good physical condition and strong work ethic, ability to get along with dogs and people; good English is important as many customers come from abroad. Other language skills are a plus. We value positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and genuine interest in dog welfare and creating high-quality customer experiences.
