Production Worker

EarthPac handles timber materials on production lines with various woodworking machines and a robot. Your duties may include operating machines and the production line, inputting programs, monitoring production, and troubleshooting in case of problems. The production process uses shift work, allowing you to learn different stages of the work and the role may develop based on your previous experience and skills. You may also operate a robot, so previous experience in robotics, automation or operating production machinery is considered an advantage. However, not everything needs to be mastered from day one, as you will receive thorough onboarding. This job offers great opportunities to learn for the future. The work is performed in three shifts, and the working time is 37.5 hours per week. We hope you have Finnish language skills, an energetic and proactive attitude, a desire to learn and grow in diverse production tasks, a committed and motivated mindset, readiness for three-shift work, good teamwork and a positive attitude. Previous industrial experience is advantageous; mechanical or technical skills gained through hobbies can also provide a solid foundation for the job. We offer a longer-term position where you will grow your skills across different production tasks. This is a recruiting assignment; you will be employed directly by EarthPac.
