We are seeking an active and imaginative Home Designer for Eurokangas in Rovaniemi. The position is permanent and full-time. Your duties include goal-oriented sales and customer service in-store and at the customer’s home. You will identify customers’ interior needs with a keen ear and inspiring style, proposing suitable solutions from our wide product and service range, including custom-made curtains, blinds, curtain rods, and other home textiles. You will act as the customer’s advisor throughout the process—from ideation to quotation and implementation coordination. You enjoy closing deals, achieving targets, and satisfying customers. The role requires prior sales experience, sales-driven mindset, and a customer-oriented approach. You will also participate in store maintenance. You will receive support from store colleagues, reliable subcontractors, and head office support functions. You are also expected to: have prior experience with curtains/fabrics/interior textiles or a strong interest in fabrics and interior design; be proactive and flexible; be able to work evenings and weekends; have basic IT skills and experience with systems; have textile industry training; have access to own car.
