Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hesburger Torikeskus in Vammala to lead the store’s front-of-house leadership team and the overall operation and profitability. The role oversees staff development, well-being, and training, ensuring day-to-day operations align with the chain’s concept. Responsibilities include recruitment and HR-related tasks, supported by a mentor restaurant manager and regional manager, as part of a strong franchise structure. The successful candidate will be an organized, people-oriented leader with a strong understanding of restaurant KPIs, and must be fluent in Finnish and English. You will have some flexibility in scheduling but should be prepared to work around the restaurant’s opening hours. The posting is for a fixed-term contract from 16.10.2026 to 31.08.2027.
