Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Administrative and Finance team
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with UN rules and regulations
- Lead the formulation of the Institute's budget process and prepare financial reports for donors
- Oversee procurement activities and asset management
- Manage HR-related operations, including recruitments and contract administration
- Coordinate general administrative services, including facilities and IT services
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Director on institutional strategy
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, procurement, finance, accounting, or related disciplines (or Bachelor's with 2 additional years of experience)
- At least two years of experience managing administrative, finance, operations, procurement, and HR functions
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
- Experience with a major integrated ERP system (e.g., QUANTUM, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams
