Construction Foreman

We are seeking two construction supervisors for projects in Central Finland. The role is suitable for both early-career supervisors and more experienced professionals. You will participate in daily site leadership, coordination, and progress assurance. Ensure the site is completed on time and within budget. Two supervisors will be hired for two different sites in Central Finland. Each assignment is approximately 6 months, and employment is arranged directly with the client company for the project duration. One site starts in September 2026 and the other in October 2026. Key responsibilities include daily management and coordination of the construction site, directing workers and subcontractors, planning schedules, resources and work phases, ensuring safety compliance and supervision, quality control and site documentation, and collaboration with the client, designers and other stakeholders. Requirements include previous construction supervision experience, relevant education (e.g., construction foreman or construction engineer) or substantial experience, strong overall management ability and leadership skills, good cooperation and communication skills. We offer TES-based or better salary, paid on time; in the supervisory role salary is negotiated based on experience and skills.
