We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join Kielon Daycare in Vantaa. The role focuses on listening to children and their guardians with a sensitive and professional approach, contributing to an innovative, supportive and collaborative work community that values warmth, professional conduct and teamwork. The core aim is to meet the child and family genuinely and without rush, addressing the child’s needs individually and with perceptiveness. You will help create meaningful daily life for children through joint activities, learning and wonder, in collaboration with the group and the team. The environment emphasizes child well-being, professional development, creativity, and strong teamwork. Kielon Daycare, opened February, is located in Tikkurila in Viertola, part of a service unit that also includes Lauhatien Daycare. Learning environments extend beyond the daycare with opportunities for nature, movement, culture and outdoor activities. The daycare operates with a three-educator model.
