We are seeking a motivated entrepreneur-spirited successor and new CEO for a Finnish limited company specialized in business consulting. The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for an existing company and develop its operations according to your own vision. In the arrangement, the successor will, in agreement, gain control of the company’s business, website, and the company's business ID and its sub-names. Ownership and governance terms will be discussed separately with the chosen person. As CEO you will lead, develop, and set the future direction of the company. The role can be built strongly around the applicant’s interests, skills and goals. Your duties may include: daily operations management and development, identifying new business and service opportunities, designing, productising and selling consultancy services, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing marketing and the company’s online presence, building partnerships and networks, coordinating the company’s finances, contracts and governance, and defining long‑term strategy and growth path. Previous experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, or CEO roles is not required. No specific educational background is demanded. More important is motivation and willingness to take responsibility and drive business. The role suits someone who wants to become an entrepreneur without starting everything from scratch, or someone who seeks to take over an existing company structure and shape it to their own business. Start in August 2026 or by agreement. Terms related to ownership, governance and potential corporate restructuring will be discussed in follow-up conversations.
