We are now looking for you: a HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT for Solum Väinölä koti, in Pori, on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis. We offer round-the-clock assisted living for elderly people. Our care homes provide help and care around the clock, and individualized care continues to the end of life. Our home is fairly new; in spring 2026 we opened our fourth group home. In this role you will actively participate in developing the unit’s practices together with your colleagues. Your duties include: taking care of residents’ everyday life and independence, basic nursing, medication administration, and indirect tasks. We expect: suitable training (healthcare assistant), prior experience in similar tasks, teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and motivation for development work.
